JD Metalworks - Machining DepartmentOur machining department is the largest in the area with two HAAS vertical machines, a horizontal machining center, a lathe, a planer mill, Bridgeport, threading machine and three rack mills. Complex pieces with tight tolerances are often best manufactured through the machining process. Using our extensive machining center, JD Metalworks is able to handle complex parts and deliver the highest quality available. Machining is the process where solid sections are changed by one or more of the following processes:
Using automated CNC equipment, integrated into engineering software, virtually anything is possible and efficient since multiple operations are performed by one workstation. Let JD Metalworks build your parts quickly and efficiently.
