JD Metalworks - Welding DepartmentOur building is 80,000 square feet, with 30 overhead cranes which have capacities up to 7.5 tons to quickly and efficiently move material and products as needed. Thirty one manual welding stations are available for steel and stainless steel. We have 3 aluminum MIG welding stations each of which has a push-pull Aluminum torch for increased weld quality. Additionally, we have 5 TIG welding stations. We also have AWS certified welders on staff. Custom fixtures for in-house use improve repeatability and quality.
